Yes, this seems obvious, but it’s still all-to-often that I’ll have someone ask me for help and then they won’t accept it. Sometimes the acceptance is in the form of me asking for money, but sometimes it’s actual advice I give away for FREE and yet still I get objections.

The other day, Gary Vaynerchuk posted a great thing on Facebook which was along the lines of: “If this is your life’s work, don’t give up after 4 months”. And I’m sure you’ve read before about the ‘overnight’ success of people who have, in fact, been working away for years.

But there is no ‘one plan’ you must stick to or get right–there is instead the ‘right plan for you’ which is perfect for your life, business, whatever because it fits with your goals, your values, your take on things.

Be Bold! (or just move things a little!)

Sometimes it’s absolutely the right time to do something big, new and bold. Other times it makes sense to just move things a little bit. But you do need to move – onwards, upwards, sideways, longways, anyways :)

Standing still might seem like a good idea if you’re having a wobble or a panic or just not sure about something, but actually it’s very rarely the best plan. If you stand still you can’t see what’s possible, you can’t tell if something is a good idea (or not) until you try it. Keeping yourself in one place (literally or metaphorically) isn’t always a safe plan. No one wants to be a sitting duck!
