The confidence to do your Thing

This is a key element of doing your Thing–it’s one thing to know what it is you do brilliantly and differently to everyone else BUT it’s entirely another to go out and do it… it’s very much about feeling the fear and doing it anyway.

It looks exactly like the photo!

There’s nothing wrong with the odd bad review—it’s just a reminder to be clearer in your marketing and message about EXACTLY what you do and for who. The clearer you are about this then the less bad reviews you’ll get. As there is nothing wrong with what you do (I am assuming this much!), it’s just you might not be the right person for that particular client.
